Large and small, old and new, you likely drove past a cemetery today. They are filled with art, iconography, and stories.
Join us on Thursday, October 13 to learn more about how to “read” a cemetery with Connie Robinson. This lecture will explore the symbolism found in cemeteries with specific examples from locations in West Hartford. Connie Robinson has extensive experience lecturing on the history and beauty of area cemeteries. In addition to being a member of the Leadership Circle of the Noah Webster House, Connie is active with the Cedar Hill Cemetery Foundation and President of The 1892 Club.
This lecture is free and open to the public. There is a suggested donation of $5 for non-members.
