House Tour Fundraiser!
Sunday, February 24, 1-4 p.m.
18 Brightwood Lane, West Hartford
For one day only, the owners of the Charles E. Beach estate are generously opening up all 8,426 sq. ft. of this historic treasure as a fundraiser for the Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society. Guests may tour all three floors of this beautiful home. Tickets are $12 ($10 for museum members.)
The Charles E. Beach House is a shining example of Shingle Style architecture, built in 1900 for the son of the Vine Hill Farm fortune. For many years, Vine Hill Farm put West Hartford on the map with its production of “hygienic” milk that was shipped across the country.
A special thank you to the homeowners and to Debra Ortega, for making this fundraiser possible. For more information about the home, which is currently for sale, please contact Debra at (860) 977-6004 or [email protected]
