Harvest & Hearth Dinner with Chris Prosperi

Join us for the exclusive event! Chef Chris Prosperi of Metro Bis and the Food Schmooze has dreamed up a four course meal inspired by 18th-century hearth cooking using seasonal ingredients.Includes four courses, beer and wine. 

Chef Prosperi will be taking over the Noah Webster House kitchen – and hearth – to prepare a delicious meal for you. The Chef will take a break from the kitchen to present each course to you! Your menu for the evening:

Course 1:
Baby Green Salad with roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, goat cheese, and Dijon Vinaigrette

Course 2:
Heath Bouillabaisse with sourdough croutons

Course 3:
Duck Confit with Young’s Farm rattlesnake hearth beans

Course 4:
Indian Pudding with vanilla ice cream

100% of the proceeds to benefit the Noah Webster House! Advanced registration is required; seating is extremely limited for this one-night-only event. You must be 21 years or older to participate in the event. A valid ID will be required. This event will take place at the Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society, 227 South Main Street, West Hartford, CT 06107. Tickets are $85 per person ($75 for museum members) and available at noahwebster.yapsody.com.
